Begs the question, what browser is to be trusted? I am disappointed to learn the extras involving Brave, as it is worrying that the founder of Mozilla has any type of 'phoning home', 'Piwiki analytics collection', 'Google Fonts' and more on their browser. Half of that post seems to be speculation, other half is facts. some of those points aren't an issue with the browser itself but instead of users preference- such as Google search engine, I will agree Brave is expected to do better without needing excessive user intervention to obtain the goal that Brave had promised to deliver. the just removed most of the google spyware and put in their own. The co-founder of Mozilla who created Firefox and the creator of Javascript along with their reputable team did that and made a browser based on Chromium, and they too remained open-source.
